What is your warranty policy?
All Clancor Microsystems devices come with a standard 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans are available for longer coverage periods.
How do I order spare parts?
Contact our support team at +919790001186 or email sales@clancor.com with your device model number. We maintain local stock of all parts in Coimbatore and most orders ship within 24 hours.
My device won't connect to Wi-Fi. What should I do?
First, restart your device and router. Check that Wi-Fi is enabled in Settings > Network. Ensure you're within range and using the correct password. If the issue persists, contact our support team for remote troubleshooting.
Are your devices locked to a specific payment app?
No. Clancor Microsystems devices have no payment ecosystem lock-in. You choose your own payment application — any Android-compatible payment app works on our devices.
Do you offer on-site service?
Yes, we offer on-site service for enterprise customers with AMC contracts. For standard warranty claims, devices can be shipped to our Coimbatore service center or handled at authorized service points.
How do I update the software on my device?
Clancor devices receive OTA (over-the-air) updates when connected to Wi-Fi. Go to Settings > System > System Update to check for available updates. Contact support if you need assistance.
What certifications do your products have?
All Clancor Microsystems POS devices are BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certified and manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
What is the difference between the MP6320 and MP7520GR?
The MP6320 uses an ARM7 processor with a monochrome LCD display and is suited for basic billing and ticketing operations. The MP7520GR uses a faster ARM9 (400MHz) processor with a 2.8-inch colour TFT display, runs Linux with QT 4.8 for custom app development, and supports OTA remote fleet management — making it better suited for large-scale or government deployments requiring centralised device control.
Are Clancor POS devices BIS certified?
Yes. All Clancor Microsystems handheld POS terminals, including the MP6320 and MP7520GR, are BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certified. The devices are manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified production facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu under the Make in India initiative.
